Dawn Osland - Our Founder
Dawn Osland is the Founder and CEO of Osland Medical Billing Tools Inc. and the creator of the Alberta Healthcare Billing Academy.
With more than 20 years of experience working alongside Alberta primary care teams, Dawn has developed expertise in healthcare billing, compensation models, workflow optimization, clinic operations, change management, privacy, and practice improvement.
Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations including the University of Alberta's Department of Family Medicine, the Edmonton North Primary Care Network, and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA). Her experience spans physician compensation, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, clinic operations, team-based care, privacy compliance, and healthcare innovation.
Dawn is passionate about helping healthcare professionals better understand the systems that support patient care. Through education, practical tools, and real-world workflow strategies, she works to reduce administrative burden, improve clinic efficiency, and strengthen confidence in healthcare billing and compensation models.
Today, Dawn leads the development of the Alberta Healthcare Billing Academy, the CMGP Calculator, and Track My Time—solutions designed specifically to support Alberta primary care teams.

Dr. Zofia Tundak is a dedicated family physician in Edmonton, Alberta, with a strong commitment to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Her practice is known for its personalized approach, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care plans that address their unique needs and medical history.
