Our vision is to ensure that no family physician in Alberta feels overwhelmed by the complexities of tracking and billing for the time they spend on indirect patient care activities. We aim to simplify and streamline the process, empowering physicians to focus on providing exceptional care while maximizing their compensation with confidence.
Dawn Osland - Our Founder
Dawn Osland, is a seasoned medical claim billing expert with over 20 years of experience in Alberta’s primary care communities. She brings deep expertise in Alberta Healthcare Billing (AHC), change management, and team coaching. Throughout her career, Dawn has worked with organizations like the University of Alberta’s Department of Family Medicine, Edmonton North Primary Care Network, and the Alberta Medical Association.
She offers personalized coaching for Alberta Healthcare billing, helping clinics navigate claim rejections, optimize billing processes, and train staff on Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. With extensive experience in project management, privacy management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, Dawn’s tailored approach ensures that each provider receives targeted support to enhance their practice’s financial health.
Dr. Zofia Tundak, MD, CCFP - Physician Advisor
Dr. Zofia Tundak is a dedicated family physician in Edmonton, Alberta, with a strong commitment to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Her practice is known for its personalized approach, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care plans that address their unique needs and medical history.
She emphasizes preventive services such as routine check-ups, health screenings, and patient education to empower individuals to take charge of their well-being. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Tundak is also the Medical Director & Owner of the Crave Beauty + Wellness Lab in Spruce Grove, Alberta.
